Personal trainer Maddie Joyce has expressed her love for helping other people achieve their fitness goals, but also realized the importance of making training affordable to those who are not able to spend $50-$70 per session on a personal trainer.
“I know who my market is and I want to be able to help as many people as possible obtain their ideal fitness lifestyle both physically and mentally, without feeling like they have to compensate while on a budget,” she said.
Her business, MJoyFit Personal Training, offers many options.
Individual 1 on 1 training:
1 hour: $25
1/2 hour: $15
1 hour (2 people): $10 each
1 hour (3 people): $8 each

These sessions are a little 30 minute pick me up in the mornings if you want to get a great burn in before class or work!
“I also know there are so many people out there who are motivated to get to the gym but once they get there, they are lost on what to do, what workout to perform, or what muscle to target. It can be overwhelming, especially with a lot of people around. That is why I wanted a very affordable program with workouts already created for you so you don’t have to think about what you are going to do when you get to the gym!” Maddie said.

Monday: Back & Chest
Wednesday: Legs & Glutes
Thursday: Biceps/Triceps & Shoulders
The classes run from 8:00 am-8:30 am Monday-Friday. Each day of the week trainees will work a different muscle group, so you can pick the days that work best for you.All fitness levels are welcome, and all workouts are modified based on your fitness experience.
